Encryption Software for Your FlashDrive

I have a guest post up at Mochaquest.com.

The post is a little review/ how to on encrypting your flash drive.  I have a large part of my digital life on my flash drive.  You had better protect your data in preparation for the day you will lose your flash drive.  You don’t want all those documents and pictures falling into the wrong hands.

Protect the Valuable Data on your Flash Drive

One exception on encryption is the use of the Flash Padlock by Corsair (Pictured above).   I have one of the 4GB versions.  It is ultra secure.  You set your combination and must enter it before inserting it into the USB port.  If you lose your combination there is NO retrieval, but you can register your PIN on their website Just in case you forget it.

The really cool thing about this device is that it is totally platform independent and will work on Windows/Mac OS/Linux.
