Just as an FYI, there is a great program for keyword research, and SEO in general, WebCEO…it has a free version with more limited functionality, but still very useful. After years, I still use it for keyword research to find traffic, competition and such.
I've had very good luck using a very keyword rich title tag content matching the meta description, it reinforces consistency in keywords, using those same keywords in the page content will further reinforce it. Most modern search engines have openly stated they ignore meta keyword tags these days, but for backwards compatibility I take the title/desc content and process that into a list of keywords in an automated function to toss out the "stop words" (and, of, off, out, etc) and comma separate the remaining words.
That system has worked very well for me over the years, and it's very easy to do with one piece of content for a single page to fill title, description and keyword tags.
