Teaching has always been an art for everyone. There are several skills to teach people and teaching English language requires a lot of understanding. Different departments of education offer different teaching styles and teaching English language requires arts. Literature is also a part of teaching English language but most importantly it is the art that is required for one to teach English language. With different ways to teach every student has a different outcome. The English language skills are not different. Every student has their own way of understanding and that is why every teacher has his own way of teaching.

English language a general subject

English language is a general subject and it requires great understanding for this subject. Similarly as an arts teacher asks his students to learn, see, think and then explain in the art, an English language teacher asks the student to do the same things. English language is an art that is explained in words not in a pure art form.

Explaining English language

For example if you briefly explain what a beautiful day is like, you would need art to demonstrate what you want to tell. An art and literature are two things which are so close yet so far. Art is the language that it speaks itself and literature needs to be spoken for it.

English language is an art no one understands

English language is truly an art which is explained in the terms which make it more accurate and correct and then they can be understood easily. It is such a language that needs support while explaining something and many of the art examples would cover it. It is a really deep subject that is explained in simple words which come from within.

Comparison between arts and English language

An art is the form which needs to tell what it is and it shows the depth of itself. English language is the form in which you have to explain that it has the depth no one can demonstrate. The pain, the sadness, the excitement and other emotions can only be felt when you go in depth of them. English language goes in depth of them and explains why you need language for it.

Why need literature over art?

Sometimes you need to demonstrate few things that require to be detailed and they should be the way they are. An art explains it all when someone first looks at it. Literature is something you need to feel by demonstrating. Art can be felt orally but literature needs to be explained and then it should be in the best words that are easily understood. This is why English language is an art and it is explained after going into depth of it. There are so many things that you can understand when you get into depth of it. There is a lot of understanding that literature covers when art fails. They are a pair which support each other when one back down.
